Why I love Reiki

First off, I am not impartial or unbiased when I say, “I love Reiki.” I have been practicing the Reiki System for 16 years and teaching for 14 years, and earn my livelihood this way. Just so you know that upfront.

But I love Reiki. I love that it goes with me wherever I go… it’s available to me 24/7. I love that Reiki is versatile… I can use it in so many ways, such as:
 
When I’m waiting in line
When I need to quiet my mind
When I’m upset about something
When I can’t fall asleep
When I have a headache (literally… and metaphorically!)
When I’m cooking
When I’m writing
When a friend or a family member needs some support
And so many more!
 
So, whether it’s the self-care and hands-on, spiritual centering practices, precepts, symbols, or absentee healing technique, the Reiki System has me hooked!
